About the Pinemoor Development

According to a Nov. 11 news release, plans for Pinemoor include a thoughtful blend of green space, recreation, and residential living. The community will feature:

• 216 homesites

• A central park with a playground

• A covered picnic pavilion

• Walking trails

• A second playgroundlocated

The first phase of lots is expected in July 2026, and home sales are anticipated to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Future Mixed-Use Development Nearby

In addition to the Pinemoor community, 35 adjacent acres retained by Red Hill Ventures are planned for a future mixed-use project with a multifamily component. This development is intended to complement Pinemoor and support continued growth along the FM 1488 corridor, one of Magnolia’s most active and rapidly expanding areas.
