Kresston Expansion Brings Larger Homesites and Two New Builders to Magnolia
Kresston, one of Magnolia’s fastest-growing master-planned communities, is entering an exciting new phase. According to a January 22 release, the community is adding larger homesites, new amenities, and two highly respected luxury builders—bringing even more options for local buyers looking for space, style, and quality.
Introducing Heartland Reserve
The newest neighborhood inside Kresston, Heartland Reserve, will feature 70-foot and 80-foot homesites, expanding the current mix of 40-, 50-, 55-, and 65-foot lots. The first batch—39 homesites—is scheduled to be released to builders in March, with presales beginning shortly after.
This next phase is designed with a feel inspired by Fredericksburg and the Texas Hill Country, offering a warm, timeless aesthetic that fits beautifully into Magnolia’s natural landscape.
New Builders: Toll Brothers & Huntington Homes
Two luxury builders will debut in Heartland Reserve:
-
Toll Brothers
-
Huntington Homes
Both are planning homes ranging from 3,200 to nearly 5,000 square feet, with pricing expected to start in the mid-$700,000s. Two model homes are anticipated to open this summer.
Buyers can expect a high level of personalization, modern floor plans, and elevated finishes — especially on the expansive 70-foot homesites.
Community Features
Heartland Reserve will offer several outdoor amenities designed for relaxation and recreation, including:
-
Walking trails
-
A stocked pond for catch-and-release fishing
-
A dedicated fishing pier
These additions enhance the already strong lifestyle appeal of Kresston’s 1,400-acre community footprint.
